2. Description of Service

GreetAI is an AI-powered reputation management platform that automatically generates and posts replies to customer reviews and comments across platforms including Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use GreetAI.
• One account per business location unless otherwise agreed.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• GreetAI offers monthly and annual subscription plans with a 7-day free trial.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GreetAI to:

• Post spam, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another business or individual.
• Abuse AI-generated replies to manipulate reviews fraudulently.

6. Third-Party Platform Compliance

When you connect third-party platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to GreetAI, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those platforms' own terms of service and policies. GreetAI is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, including suspension or termination.

7. AI-Generated Content

GreetAI uses AI to generate reply suggestions and posts them on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated replies may not always be perfect and should be reviewed where appropriate.
• You are responsible for the content posted under your business accounts.
• GreetAI does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content in every situation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on greetai.online is owned by GreetAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreetAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to reputation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GreetAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will meet your specific business needs in every instance.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of GreetAI after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
